Does anyone know how to retrieve a car title from an 80y/o woman. The deal is I have an aunt who owns a 93 Ford Taurus. Her name is on the deed,but she also put her sisters name on the deed. She has now decided that upon her death the car is to come to me as I am their niece. The one aunt absolutely refuses to give me the deed, so I can get my name on it. These ladies for the most part are of sound mind except the one who has the deed is a very mean spirited person. I know in my heart if I can't get ahold of this car title that the car will be sold which is against my one aunts wishes. Is there anything I can do legally? The one aunt keeps saying she will get the deed for me but she doen not drive and is very elderly. What can I do to assist her?
