My grandmother and I house was stolen in a scam involving a fraudulent deed notarized in which one friend got her friend to notarize a quick claim deed in order to obtain our house fraudulently. The notary has already admitted to the fraud and the governor's office has required her to resign. I also received $7,500 dollars from the bonding company to help with clearing the title. The 7,500 dollars is not going to cover everything that the forged unlawfully notarized deed has brought about. Who do I bring a lawsuit against to recover the rest of the money that has to be spent due to the situation with the notary?
