we have deeds for land that has oil minerals on it with producing oil wells on them. we have had these deeds as far back as 2000 and we have not requested royalty payments be sent to us - therefore they have been going to the prior owners - both prior owners are now deceased is it possible for us to file against the deceased individuals estate (probate)? and if so - what if they don't probate the estate????
