Sister and brother in-law to vacate the front unit of my duplex

I am selling my home and we are now in escrow. Escrow is dated to close around May 15th, 2006. When my money from escrow is directly deposited to my checking account, I want to know how to write a notice to my brother in-law and sister that they have 5 days to vacate the property and that I will pay them $10,000 to relocate (he cannot open a savings or checking account because of his bad credit) in which I will get a bank cashiers check made out to the apartment complex for their 1st, last and deposit amount and future rental payments so that I can put their stuff into a truck and unload it into their apartment, so that I can vacate my old home and move into my new property that I have purchased?

Have you at all discussed with them that your home is sold and soon will be closing? Are they leasing from you presently? Is the buyer aware of this arrangement with the relatives?
