Reply to LegalEagle, LLC's Post: yes this is for school, my business law class and i have to research a us supreme court case and I have found one the topic is United States vs Booker. The thing is I can not find the courts ruling any where within the case. What the issue decided was? What did the lowere courts rule? What the Us. Supreme court held? What was the vote? The case can be found in www.findlaw.com and its under the 2005 cases.
