i have made a claim for home insurance on my laminate flooring which was damaged by water.the assesor has been and is satisfied the floor is damaged.he measured up and then said he will write a report
he tried to say that they might offer me a cash settelment just for kitchen were it is damaged but my flooring runs contiuous through out the whole ground floor.what will happen now.

was this damage caused by flooding from house itself or nature. And is it home owners or flood insurance from fema.
