I'm a housewife. I have been married for 20 years, now I want a divorce. I don't have access to a checking account or money. He earns a good living. How do I go about getting legal advice, does he pay? How do I get 2 or my 3 children from NY to go to florida schools? I need to know now, I am affraid to go back home. He is unstable
