how to get title on a tax lien on propert

I have a tax lien on property I've been paying the taxes for 20 years, how cna I get a deed and clear title?

The person who actually owns the property would have to pay you all the back taxes via a notice that you send them. They would also be required to pay back interest to you on those monies that you have spent. The tax collectors office in the area for this will also be able to provide you with information in regards to this if you bought the tax lien from the Tax Records office. You may also be wise to hire an attorney to file paperwork to the owner of the property. Let me know if I may further assist you on this.
