How do I confront a neighbor who has been dinging my car for the past year. He is 400 pounds and may have a hard time getting in and out of his truck but come on! I parked end first 2 days ago to see if it would reoccur on my driver's side and sure enough when I go to the car first thing in the morning, a huge ding. I took a picture and today there is another one on the same side. What are my options? I have not seen him do it but I know it has to be him because I park away from everyone at work and when I go shopping. HELP! Is his insurance responsible. Thank you!
