Reply to 4ren6's Post: SHE filed a warrant for my arrest saying I assaulted her. I did not know I could go to the Sheriff's Office and do it, I thought I had to go to the Court house and since yesterday was a Holiday I was doing it today but she did it Saturday right after it happened. She grabbed my shirt calling me a f***ing B***h and of course I defended myself. She called it in first so I cannot do anything but go turn myself in and go to Court. I have 2 witnesses that saw her grab me first. Mobile County, Alabama

If you had witness's then you need to (at risk of arrest) take both of them and go and file a police report. This should have been done by you as soon as this happened if you felt she was fully at fault. If she has already filed charges against you then you very well may have an outstanding warrant for your arrest and if this is the case then you need to turn yourself in bond out and retain an attorney. If your not sure if a warrant has actually been filed then go ahead and file your own complaint against her. The police and sheriffs office's are open 24 hours and 7 days a week for any need for filing of a report. An officer could have been called to the scene as well which in reality is what shoud have been done. Let me know if I may further assist you.

Reply to 4ren6's Post: I know all that already. I want to know what the price is she will pay for assaulting me with her being a nurse (registered) in the State of Alabama. There is some creed or oath she took that says she cannot assault people, right?

Your question was posted above as: Is there a site or phone number to log a complaint about a nurse assaulting me?

I do not know all the circumstances to this issue. A person can defend themselves in any manner that is equal to that encountered.

If you did not start the issue with the Nurse then file a complaint with the Police and the Hospital that she is employeed by.

There is no legal way of knowing or telling you this. Not even an attorney could tell you. You would need legal council and a jury award to know. It is deemed "what a reasonable jury would award". I suggest that you do the above mentioned things to protect your rights.
