I have a charge off account on my auto lease. The vehicle is still in my possesion. Also the leasing co. is wells fargo and it has not gone to a third party. I owe another 34 payments on a 60 month lease. I went through a divorce and had many leagal fees and fell behind. The book value is $15,000 dollars on the 2004 Toy.Rav.4. With the buy out and what I owe it comes to 21,000. They say I can give them 4,300 down and 720 a month for 24 months. yeah right. Any way they offered me the vehicle for 18,000. 3,000 dollars off. The sticker price on the vehicle was like 22,000. They say if repo. or turned in I would owe the difference after the auction and also 10,000 residual value on top of it. I knew nothing of this other 10,000 dollars. WHAT DO I DO??   PLEASE HELP ASAP......
