Reply to Ms Chase's Post: My minor children, ages 11 and 14, were solicited at the mall by a suveying company. The were surveyed and promised $2 for answering the questions. After the initial survey, my children were then broght in to a back room and were told to view a video and take a computer survey on it. Wgen they got nervous and reported to the tester that they needed to go, she, her name was Gertrude, stood in froont of the door and told my children they had to finish the "test" befor ethye could go. How illegal is this? There was never a parental consent.
